I like AOL Call Alert. This is a great
service if you're tired of having to split your phone line between
computer use, and taking calls, and dread the thought of a second
phone line.
AOL Call Alert is great if you want to know who is calling so
that you don't miss important phone calls when online.

AOL Call Alert plus Answer offers the ability to answer calls
when they come in -- on any phone you choose (home, cell,
etc.). Basically, when the incoming call message appears,
you can forward your call to any number you select. You are
limited to a three-minute call, though.
This service builds on AOL Call Alert, which lets you see
the Caller ID of incoming calls while you are on the Internet.
You can also click on a button to ask the caller to leave
a message for you. If they leave a message, AOL Call Alert
notifies you with a message alert window that lets you listen
to your incoming message right away, without going offline.
A killer feature is the ability to send a custom message to
callers. You can play any of four pre-recorded messages for
the caller -- just click on the appropriate button. There
are four messages: "I'll call you back", "Please
call later", "Try my cell," or "Don't
know you."
Bonus Call Alert Feature: That last message ("Don't know
you") also plays a special beep that tells any automated
telemarketing machines that they reached an invalid number
-- usually, that gets your number deleted from their database!
You can also set AOL Call Alert to play one of those messages
when you're online but away from your computer.

Review Guy Says:
This
plan is top-of-the-line for Internet call waiting and alerts
-- it gives you pretty much everything you could want from
a service, except that you can't automatically break into
a call while they're leaving a message. I really enjoy the
ability to be able to send different messages to different
callers -- that comes in really handy. And being able to block
telemarketers is always a plus.
