When you're online, BuzMe Free shows you who's calling using an alert window and Caller ID. When a caller dials you, and your line is busy because you're on the Internet, they get this message: "You have reached the answering service for (your name here!) Please hold while I try to locate the user." You can choose to reply to the call -- with a text-to-speech message to the caller or ignore the call.

Your text-to-speech message can be pre-written, or can be written on the fly.

BuzMe also lets you import your contact information from Microsoft Outlook, so you can put a name to a number!

BuzMe Free uses Busy Call Forwarding provided by your local telephone company, so you'll have to pay for that.

Very clearly designed to encourage users to trade up to the paid services, but still handles the basics very nicely. I like the text-to-speech features, and that you can write an individual message to callers.
